A medium density housing project for a middle and low income group. The 31.68 Hectares of residential zone land located near a railway station along the bank of River Indrayani is to be developed as a gated community on a concept of a sponge neighbourhood, an ecologically friendly approach to deal with heavy monsoon rains and flooding.

The Pune Regional Plan permits a residential development with a minimum plot area of 500.00 Sqm and 0.5 as floor space index. As per the prevailing bye-laws, the total project site is planned to develop 253 residential plots ranging from 500.00 Sqm to 800.00 Sqm in area, five plots of amenity spaces and seven plots as open spaces.
